Is there really such a thing as healthy cookies??
Well yes ladies, you have come to the right place. Here's a super simple cookie recipe that contains no artificial sugar and no flour. Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat healthy or you just simply love cookies, you've come to the right place!
2 cups of gluten free oats
½ a cup of shredded coconut
2 scoops of protein (put whichever one you want)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1-2 ripe bananas (the more you put the more sugary they taste)
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 big tbs of coconut oil
Chocolate chips (as many as you want)
So your ingredients are separated into two bowls. One dry bowl and one wet one. First, in the dry bowl you mix your oats, shredded coconut, protein and cinnamon. Then, in the wet bowl you mix your two eggs (preferably let them get to room temperature), your preferably very black banana, vanilla extract and coconut oil. You can pour the wet bowl into the dry one and mix everything. Finally, add the chocolate chips and make little balls to put in the oven. It should take about 12 minutes at 350F.
Hurray for cookies that have the word healthy in front of it so you can eat a bazillion of them! Now enjoy ;)
