Doing body weight exercises where you move both your arms and legs, while engaging your core can be a great way to break a sweat. If you have little time, mixing your cardio in with your resistance training is the best way to maximize your workout. The following eight exercises can be done with no equipment and will provide you with a full body workout.
On the left you have the number of repetitions you should be attempting to do. Depending on how much time you have, you can do this series of exercises 1-3 times. Don't forget, good things come to those who sweat ;)
